Email images used to take longer than writing the emails. Now Omnisend pulls my Canva designs straight into my Image Library, so my banners and product shots are ready in the email builder and automations. It auto-syncs every 12 hours, or I hit sync now before a campaign goes out, and updated designs show up too. Go to Apps, search Canva, and connect it. Try it with the link in my bio.
